Company Background

Born out of a passion for people, their power, and the possibility they represent, Axiom Management Systems was founded in May 2003 by Greg Magennis.

The Axiom name comes from a long standing partnership with Axiom Software Limited, based in the United Kingdom. Their technology focuses on providing insights into people and teams.

In September 2003 the U.S. division of Axiom opened. In January 2006 Axiom finalized a partnership with HRsmart of Dallas Texas to offer a technology platform to Axiom’s clients for pre-hire, on-boarding, and post hire applications.

Current business operations are based out of Winnipeg and Dallas. Axiom has excellent access to all their North American clients from either central hub.

Axiom is also privileged to be part of a Leadership Alliance of companies including Key Consulting, Corporate Compass, Fusion Consulting, Dynamic Achievement Group, Strategic Resource Development (SRD), Higgins International, 24/7 In-Touch, Prism Learning Solutions and Agile Media. The long-term relationship with these organizations provides invaluable guidance and resources to Axiom clients when needed.
